Submit a Request for Quote

Knowde makes it easy to request Pricing & Terms information from Suppliers you want to purchase from. All you have to do is Request a Quote on a Product page and a Supplier's representative will respond with Pricing & Terms. From here, you can work with the Supplier to get your order fulfilled.

View the Status of your RFQs

 

Submit a Request for Quote

If you are ready to submit a Request for Quote on a Product in your Procurement Journey, follow the below steps to get connected with a Supplier about pricing.

To submit a Request for Quote:

  1. Navigate to a document and click View Product next to the expand icon 
  2. Click Request a Quote located in the right side power-box on any product page 
  3. Fill out all expected purchase details, relevant delivery information, and add any additional notes or special instructions
  4. Click Submit to send your RFQ to the Supplier

 

View the Status of your RFQs

To view the status of your submitted RFQs to see if any Suppliers have gotten back to you regarding your requests for quotes:

  1. Navigate to your Account Manager by clicking your profile icon in the top right corner
  2. Click Procurement in the left hand bar, then click RFQs from the drop-down menu to view the status of all your submitted RFQs

Rest assured, you will be notified via email if any of your RFQs have been updated.
