Approved: Your document request for {Product} was approved

  • This automated email is triggered when a supplier approves the document request.

Completed: Your document request for {Product} was completed

  • This automated email is triggered when a supplier sends the requested documents and completes the document request.

Sample Request

We Got Your Sample Request!

  • This automated email is triggered when a buyer submits a sample request.

In progress: Your sample request for {Product} is in progress

  • This automated email is triggered when a supplier qualifies the sample request.

 

Approved: Your sample request for {Product} by {Company} was approved

  • This automated email is triggered when a supplier approves the sample request.

Shipped: Your sample request for {Product} was shipped

  • This automated email is triggered when a supplier marks the sample request as shipped by adding the tracking ID and carrier name details.

Delivered: Your sample request for {Product} was delivered

  • This automated email is triggered when a supplier marks the sample request as delivered.

In Progress: Your RFQ for {Product} is in progress

Completed: Your RFQ for {Product} was completed!

  • This automated email is triggered when a supplier makes the request for quote as completed.

  • This automated email is triggered when a buyer completes an order.

Document has been added to order

  • This automated email is triggered when a supplier attaches a document to the order.

Confirmed Status - Fulfillment status for {Order} has been updated

  • This automated email is triggered when a supplier updates the order’s fulfillment status to confirmed.

Shipped Status - Fulfillment status for {Order} has been updated

  • This automated email is triggered when a supplier updates the order’s fulfillment status to shipped.
