Submit a General Inquiry

Submit a General Inquiry on a Store’s Home Page or Product Page to connect with a Supplier and begin your procurement process. The form gathers your contact information along with details about your inquiry.

Note: This feature is available to all Buyers

 

To submit a General inquiry on a Storefront Home Page:

  1. Navigate to a store and click the General Inquiry button to the right of Request Sample

Or to submit a General inquiry on a Product Page:

  1. Navigate to a product and click the General Inquiry button next to Request Document

Then proceed to fill out the following fields in the inquiry form:

  1. Enter your Name, Company, and Email
  2. Enter your phone number and select your market and applications
  3. Include your inquiry and provide as many details as possible to better inform the Supplier
  4. Click Submit

Note: If you are signed in on Knowde, the Name, Company, and Email fields are pre-populated in the inquiry form

After submitting your inquiry to the Supplier, you will receive an email confirmation of the inquiry submitted. The Supplier will get back to you as soon as possible.
