All prospects that visit and navigate your storefront generate a lead. They can be viewed in your Leads grid found within your Account Manager. Each lead generated contains rich details including Lead Profile, Lead Type, Assignee, Engagement Score, Buyer Journey, Requests Associated with Lead, and Other Leads Associated.
You can also import your external leads to Knowde.

How to View Your Lead Details
- Navigate to your Account Manager by clicking your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
- From the menu bar click CRM
- Click Leads
- View lead details by clicking View on a row in the grid
- On the left you will see Lead Profile details including Company, Contact details, and contact methods
- On the right you will see Lead Type, Assignee, Engagement Score, Buyer Journey, Requests Associated with Lead, and Other Leads Associated
In the lead profile, view company-specific information for your lead and their contact information. There are up to three options for initiating engagement: Message, Email, or Call, which will connect you through any one of the three channels right from the platform with a click of a button.
Efficiently track your leads by marking the lead type within this section of the detail view. You can mark a lead as an Inbound Lead, Qualified Lead, Opportunity, Customer, or Disqualified Lead.
Assign the lead to a team member or send it to a distributor to manage. Learn more about sending to a distributor here.
Engagement scores are calculated based on a lead’s behavior on your storefront. A higher score indicates a more engaged lead. On the right view the lead's interests which show the content they engaged with most. In the Notes about project section, you can add any notes or additional information for your Sales team.
The Buyer Journey section is a summary of the meaningful actions your lead is taking on your storefront. This section will also show which members of your team they interacted with and the timeline of these events, giving your team more insight into a customer’s needs
Requests Associated with Lead & Other Leads Associated
In these sections quickly view requests and other leads associated with the prospect to get a complete picture of other associated actions happening across your storefront.
