Import Your Own Leads

Knowde offers batch importing for leads you acquire outside of Knowde so that you can manage your entire lead pipeline in one place, eliminate manual work, and create a more efficient review process. 

In this article, you'll learn how to import external leads.

Note: This feature is available to all Suppliers on Marketplace or the Customer Experience Platform.

 

To import external leads: 

  1. Ensure you are signed in your Knowde account
  2. Navigate to your Leads grid under CRM in the left hand navigation bar
  3. Click the Import Leads button on the top right corner 
  4. Follow the instructions in the pop-up module 
  5. Click Download Template to download the CSV template
  6. Fill out the Required Fields: Email, First Name, Last Name, Company Name
  7. Send an e-mail to your Customer Success Manager with your completed CSV template attached 
    • Message Concierge if you need help contacting your Customer Success Manager
    • If you’d like to use Channel Rules to also auto-qualify your own leads, please ask your Customer Success Manager for our Reference Sheet to ensure that your data matches with Knowde’s logic.
  8. Your Customer Success Manager will import your leads 
  9. Your Customer Success Manager will send you a confirmation email once your leads have been successfully imported into your Leads Grid
  10. Your imported leads will be accessible in your Leads Grid and labeled as File Upload

Note: Only leads with the required fields provided in your template will successfully import into your Leads Grid.

We respect your privacy. When your leads are imported, Knowde saves the data in a location that is only accessible to you. This means neither Knowde nor any other Seller on Knowde can conduct outreach to those contacts. More information about Knowde’s GDPR-compliant privacy policy can be found here.
