On your Leads Grid, you can apply filters to segment your leads based on your business needs and to display your Leads in a view that helps you easily digest the information regarding them. You can filter by Date Created, Lead Events, Lead Type, Market, Existing Customer, Applicable Region, Source, Company Revenue, and Assignee.

Apply Filters to your Leads Grid
Apply filters to segment your leads based on your business needs and to display your Leads in a view that helps you easily digest the information regarding them.
To filter your Leads Grid:
- Navigate to your Leads grid under CRM in the left hand sidebar
- Click the filter icon in the top right of the grid
- Select an option to Filter by* such as Date Created, Market, and Source
- Click Apply, the applied filters will be shown at the top of the grid aligned left
- Remove a filter option by clicking the X
Note: You may select multiple filter options and multiple assignees to filter by at once
Filter Your Leads Grid by Assignee
Filter by Assignee to see which representatives are responsible for nurturing a lead to become an opportunity.
To filter your Leads Grid by Assignee:
- Navigate to your Leads grid under CRM in the left hand sidebar
- Click Assigned to in the top right drop down of the grid
- Select a Company User from the dropdown to Filter by Assignee
- Click Apply
- Now you can see all leads the selected assignee is now managing
- To remove this filter, deselect the Assignee
