All prospects that visit and navigate your Store generate a Lead. They can be viewed in your Leads grid found within your Sales Dashboard. Each lead generated contains rich details including Lead Profile, Lead Type, Assignee, Engagement Score, Buyer Journey, Requests Associated with Lead, and Other Leads Associated.
You can also Import your External Leads to Knowde to manage all your Leads in one place.
In this article, you'll learn how to view and assess your Lead's Details page to see how you can nurture and further assist the Lead in their procurement journey.
Note: This feature is available to all Suppliers on Marketplace or the Customer Experience Platform.

View Your Lead Details Page
To view your Lead's Details page to understand more about their activity on your Store:
- Navigate to your Leads grid under CRM in the left hand navigation bar
- Click View on a Lead's row in the grid to view their details
- The Lead Profile located to the left of the page includes details such as Company, Contact Information, and easy ways to get into contact with the Lead.
- Other Lead information to the right of the page includes details such as Lead Type, Assignee, Engagement Score, Buyer Journey, and associated Leads and Requests.
Lead Profile
In the Lead Profile, you can easily view company-specific information for your lead and their contact information. You can instantly message them on the platform or be prompted to send an email when you click on the buttons located in their Profile summary on the left side, or you can call them if a phone number is provided.
Lead Type
Efficiently track your leads after assessing their information and buyer's journey by updating the Lead Type within the Lead Type section of the detail's page located near the top. You can update the lead by clicking Change to in the top right corner of this section and selecting respective Lead Type in the drop down. A Lead can marked as Inbound Lead, Qualified Lead, Opportunity, Customer, or Disqualified Lead.
Assign Leads
Assign the Lead to a team member or transfer it to a Channel Partner to ensure the Lead is properly being updated, managed and nurtured.
Engagement Score
Engagement scores are calculated based on a Lead’s behavior on your Store. A higher score indicates a more engaged Lead. On the right, view the lead’s interests which show the product they are browsing. In the Notes about project section, you can add any notes or additional information for your team members regarding the Lead.
Buyer Journey
The Buyer Journey highlights the engaging activity the Lead has taken on each Product page within your Store. This section will also allow a team member to easily view associated Requests directly in the Buyer's journey via a slideout.
View Associated Leads and Requests
In the associated sections of the details page, quickly view associated Leads and Requests with the prospect to get a complete overview of their buyer's journey on your Store.
