Saved Views

Saved Views allow you to save column configuration and filters into named views that persist between sessions. Saved views are supported for the grid views for Products, SKUs, and Documents and you can have as many Saved Views as you like. PIM Admins can also share views with others in their organization. Easily save your favorite filters and column selections without having to reapply frequently used filters each time.

Add Saved View

To add a saved view:

  1. Navigate to Products or SKUs under Product Information or Documents in the left hand navigation bar
  2. Click Filter in the grid header, add filters, and click Done in the slideout 
  3. Click Columns in the grid header, apply columns and column sequence, and click Apply in the slideout
  4. Optionally change the column-based sorting
  5. Click Views in the grid header and click Save View 
  6. Click Add New View and enter a view name in the text field
  7. Click Save View on the top right in the slideout

Note: Favorite saved views by hovering over the view and clicking the star icon. Favorite views will be shown at the top of the Saved Views slideout.

 

Edit Saved View Name and Private/Shared Setting

To edit a saved view:

  1. Navigate to Products or SKUs under Product Information or Documents in the left hand navigation bar
  2. Click Views in the grid header and hover over the saved view you want to edit
  3. Click the edit icon
    1. Update the view name and click the checkmark 
    2. PIM Admins can click the icon to toggle the View Type between Private and Shared

 

Replace Existing View

To replace an existing view:

  1. Navigate to Products or SKUs under Product Information or Documents in the left hand navigation bar
  2. Click Filter in the grid header, add filters, and click Done in the slideout 
  3. Click Columns in the grid header, apply columns, and click Apply Done in the slideout
  4. Click Views in the grid header and click Save View
  5. Click Replace Existing View and select an existing view you want to replace with your new view configuration

 

Delete Saved View

To delete a saved view:

  1. Navigate to Products or SKUs under Product Information or Documents in the left hand navigation bar
  2. Click Views in the grid header and hover over the saved view you want to delete
  3. Click the edit icon and click the three dots
  4. Click Delete and click Delete in the confirmation popup

 

Resetting to the Default View

To return to the standard or Default view you can either:

  1. Click the “X” in the Saved Views indicator
  2. Click Views in the grid header and click on the “Default” option

 

Shared Views

Admins have the ability to share Saved Views to their organization by clicking the person icon and selecting the “Shared” view type. Shared Views can only be edited or deleted by the creator of the view.

Note: Saved views created are set to Private by default. Shared views can be Favorited by anyone just like Private views, but can only be edited, unshared, or deleted by the creator of the view.
