Knowde enables you to easily view the Pricing & Terms available to you from your Suppliers. Inside your Account Manager, you will find rich and up-to-date information about all your Active Quotes

Request New Pricing for an Expired Quote

 

View Active Quotes

After you receive an active quote from a Supplier, you can review Terms, Pricing and the Minimum Order Quantity needed to fulfill a purchase request. Before you submit an Order, you can also preview the Lead Time, Incoterms and Shipment Payment Terms for the products.

To view active Quotes:

  1. Navigate to your Account Manager by clicking your profile icon in the top right corner
  2. Click Procurement in the drop down of your Profile pill, then click Quotes from the drop-down menu to navigate to your Quotes grid


After you receive an active quote, you can review terms, pricing and the minimum order quantity needed to fulfill a purchase request. Before you submit an order, you can also preview the lead time, Incoterms and shipment payment terms for the material.

Note: Pricing on an active quote is valid for the timeframe set by the Supplier; the quoted price becomes invalid after
it expires and you will have to re-request a Quote.

 

Manage Quote Statuses

Manage your Quote Statuses to ensure that you can check out while a Quote is still Active, or re-request a Quote for ones that have already expired, but you are still looking to purchase the product.

To manage your Quote Statuses: 

  1. Navigate to Quotes under Procurement in the left hand navigation bar
  2. In your Quotes grid, below the Status column, some Quotes are marked as Active whereas some are marked as Expired
    1. If a Quote is Active, you may place an Order on it by clicking the Order button
    2. If a Quote is Expired, you must submit another RFQ before placing an Order

 

Request New Pricing for an Expired Quote

If you notice one of your Quotes expired, revisit the Product Page and request a new Quote. You can also message the Supplier who may be able to extend the Pricing Availability on their end.

To request new pricing for an expired Quote:

  1. Navigate to the Product Page and complete a new Request a Quote
  2. Click Request a Quote located in the right hand power box 

To message a Supplier:

  1. Navigate to a Supplier’s store 
  2. Click Ask an Expert next to Request Sample
  3. Select an Expert based on their Profile 
  4. Type in your message in the chat box 
  5. Click the send icon
