All Requests for Documents submitted by Customers on your Store can be found in the Document Requests' grid within your Account Manager. Customers will often request documents if documentation for a specific product is missing, or they are inquiring to see if there are other relevant documents, like brochures, to help them learn more about the product.
In this article, you'll learn how to manage Document Requests.
Note: This feature is available to all Suppliers on Marketplace or the Customer Experience Platform.
