All Requests for Quotes submitted by customers on your Store can be found in the RFQs' grid within your Account Manager.
In this article, you'll learn how to manage Quote Requests.
Note: This feature is available to all Suppliers on Marketplace or the Customer Experience Platform.

Archive Quote Requests
Respond to Quote Requests
To respond to quote requests:
- Navigate to RFQs under Requests in the left hand sidebar
- Select the RFQ you would to like to respond to in the grid
You can either Mark as Qualified or Decline.
To Mark as Qualified*:
- Click Mark as Qualified to mark a request as qualified
- Click Approve Request to approve the request
- Click Create Quote and select SKU/Package
- Select Quote Dates by clicking the Calendar icons
- Enter Tiered Product Pricing and Quote Currency
- Enter Minimum & Maximum Order Quantities
- Select Fulfillment Terms and Shipment Payment Details
- Add optional Quote Terms, if needed
- Click Save and Send Quote at the top of the page above Save as Draft
- Click Send Quote in the confirmation model to send your quote and include an optional note
To Decline*:
- Click Decline in the top right next to More
- Add a note in the Decline Request confirmation to let the requester know why you are declining the request
- Click Decline to confirm
* The requester will be notified based on either response.
Archive Quote Requests
You can archive requests from the RFQ detailed view or the quick actions menu from the grid.
To archive a RFQ from the detailed view:
- Navigate to RFQs under Requests in the left hand sidebar
- Select the RFQ you want to archive
- Click More next to Decline and mark it as Archived in the dropdown
- Click Archive in the Archive Request confirmation popup
Alternatively, you can archive a RFQ from the quick actions menu:
- Navigate to RFQs under Requests in the left hand sidebar
- On the left of the RFQ row you want to archive, click the dropdown icon next to Review and change the status to Archived in the dropdown
- Click Archive in the Archive Request confirmation popup
Note: To view archived requests click the '...' on the top next to Delivered and select Archived. To unarchive a request, change the status from the quick actions menu in the grid.
