Review Your Analytic Dashboards

In this article, you'll learn about how to review your Analytic Dashboards. These dashboards offer a wealth of data to help you track and enhance key metrics, from traffic and engagement to leads and marketing performance. You'll find Analytics within your Account Manager, in the profile dropdown.

Note: This feature is available to all Suppliers on Marketplace or the Customer Experience Platform.

Executive Summary

The Executive Summary gives you a high-level view of your Store or CXP site's Key Performance Indicators. 

  • Use the Sales Funnel to get an overview of your entire sales pipeline, with insights into everything - from the number of impressions to the number of leads generated.
  • It includes information about which channels are driving visitors to your Store as well as the average actions taken by your visitors. 
  • The World Map shows where your visitors are located.
  • Top 10 Most Active Companies on a Storefront will give you a high level overview on which customers are actively generating the most views.

Tips: 1. Apply filters to your Analytics graphs to see data within a specific brand, business division, and more.
2. Hover over the 'i' icons on each graph to learn more about what data you're looking at.

 

Traffic & Visits Dashboard

The Traffic & Visits Dashboard shows a more in-depth view of how many impressions your marketplace Store or CXP site generates.

  • View impressions by channel of origin (Google Search, Social Ads, etc.) and fluctuations in channels over time. 
  • Learn which Google Search keywords drive the most impressions and clicks to your Store, as well the resources that contribute the most to your discoverability on Google and Knowde search.
  • View the total number of visitors to your Store, and see which user roles visit your Store most often (R&D, Procurement, Marketing, etc.). 

 

Engagement Dashboard

The Engagement Dashboard surfaces your most engaged visitors. 

  • With this insight, you can take action and nurture high-value leads. Get insights into which pages and products drive the most views and engagement.

Your Engagement Dashboard also shows you which documents receive the most views. 

  • This information can be used to understand why some of products may be generating more traction than others. Viewing documents associated to products is part of the research journey for buyers. Having easy, accessible documentation will increase engagement on your Store. 

View statistics on your Customer Request fulfillment performance.

  • You can see all the products and brands that customers have sampled and how quickly your team is fulfilling these requests.

The dashboard contains an Activity Feed to show you all the activity on your Store including how many seconds a user viewed a page, what action they took, and information regarding the prospect, such as their role, department and company.

 

Leads Analysis Dashboard

The Leads Analysis Dashboard gives you high level insights into your leads on Knowde. 

  • You'll see the total number of leads generated and a breakdown by month.
  • You can also see all the lead events that occurred and where they originated from (i.e. email campaign for a certain brand). 

The Leads Analysis Dashboard further breaks down your most engaged leads and the actions they took on your Store. 

To provide your marketing and sales team the most valuable insights, we also provide a view showcasing where customers are falling off the journey. 

  • We show your current visit to lead conversion rate and a breakdown of which actions generated the most leads.

 

Marketing Performance Dashboard

The Marketing Performance Dashboard offers information into how your campaigns are performing. 

We show you how your campaigns are performing based on impressions, clicks, visits, and leads generated. 

  • See a performance breakdown of paid vs. unpaid marketing campaigns and surface the average CTR (click-through rate). 

You can see each email’s performance based on the following data:

  • View the total unique deliveries, total unique opens, total unique clicks, and more for each email you send.

 

Orders Analysis Dashboard

If you are an eCommerce enabled Supplier on Knowde, you will see an Orders Analysis Dashboard

  • This Dashboard provides an overview of your orders by displaying the amount of orders being processed each month and the volume sizes of the orders. 
  • We surface statistics like your average order cost, the total number of unique orders, and the total number of purchasing companies. 

The Orders Analysis Dashboard shows the value of all your RFQs added together and extrapolates this to estimate your Annual Active Quote Value. 

  • Compare the quoted total and the subsequent order amount side by side right in the dashboard
  • View details of each order and each RFQ
