If you are having issues remembering your password, reset your password by following the below steps.
To reset your password:
- Navigate to Knowde and click Sign In in the upper right hand corner
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Click Continue
- Click Reset my password at the bottom of pop-up module
- Double check that your email is correct
- Click Continue
- Check your inbox for an email from Knowde on how to Reset your Password
- Follow the link on the email
- Enter in your new password when prompted
- Now Sign back In with your updated password
Forgot Your Email Address
If you forgot the Email Address associated with your account, please reach out to the concierge team so they can find the email you enrolled with and assist you to getting logged back in immediately.

- Click the Talk to Experts pill in the bottom right corner of a screen on Knowde
- Select Knowde Concierge
- Send a message to get assistance and instant support
