Get Support with Technical Issues
If you are facing any technical issues, follow these steps to receive support from Knowde’s customer service team:
- Navigate to PIM Help under Help in the left hand navigation bar
- Click on Submit Help Request
- Fill out the form and describe the issue you are facing
A customer service representative will reach out to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
Note: A data sync error is an example of a technical issue that may occur. If this occurs, please submit a help request.
How to resolve Login or Access issues in the MDM System
- Try resetting your password by clicking Sign In
- Enter in your email
- Select “Reset my password” on the "Enter your Password" screen.
- Follow the prompted instructions
If you still have problems accessing your account, please submit a help request.
Permission Issues
If you are experiencing issues making updates within your MDM, reach out to the Admin of your MDM Account to ensure you have the proper permissions set. If the problem persists, please submit a help request.
