Knowde created Assignment Groups to account for multi-person sales teams. Imagine that your North American Sales branch has two people dedicated to handling Sample Requests. You're able to create a group of between 2 and 10 people to receive notifications for an Assignment.
From your Assignments dashboard, click Create Group in the upper right hand corner. Enter the email addresses of 2 or more users on your storefront and click save.
From the Create an Assignment menu, you can now select this Group as your assignee.
Need to make edits to your Group? Click on the 3 dot menu in the upper right hand corner and select Manage Groups. From this screen, make edits to your group members or rename groups.
