If you are not able to view leads / customer requests for your company, you may not have the correct role permissions for your user account. 

Please reach out to your Company Admin or Knowde Customer Success representative to enable permissions. If you are unaware of who these contacts are, you may also reach out to customer_success@knowde.com.
