Setting up and managing category trees.

Categories are tags to a product record to classify the product. Category hierarchal levels are determined within a category tree by creating a new category under an existing category, which results into a sub-category.

Category Trees are used to organize products in a flat or hierarchical structure. Categories must be created under a category tree.

To create a new category tree:

  1. Navigate to Category Trees under the Configuration dropdown
  2. Click Add Category Tree
  3. Name your new tree and click Create
